Misty arrived by plane from Texas one mid-April afternoon and wowed us with her charm and personality. Misty is our first show dog and though she didn't quite reach her championship, she sure had fun. We call her the "Reserve Queen" as she was Reserve Winners Bitch so many times...including reserve to Kiska the day that Kiska "finished" her championship. Shown above with her handler Sue Burrell, she never felt that it was necessary to behave for me in the ring! She has given us 3 wonderful litters of puppies and was a wonderful momma dog...now she can settle back and start her role as "Grandma".
